The Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports adult inline hockey players who represent Team USA in international competitions. Think of it as the home base for “veteran” players—men and women who may not be in their 20s anymore but still play at an elite level, proudly wearing the red, white, and blue.
We make sure these athletes have the structure, funding, and support they need to compete globally. Beyond just winning medals, we’re building a community, keeping the love of roller hockey alive, and inspiring younger players by showing that the game doesn’t stop when you get older—it just gets better.

The USA Masters Inline Foundation was created to champion the growth, recognition, and long-term success of Masters, Veterans, and Legends inline hockey programs in the United States. Built by players, for players, our mission is to provide structure, resources, and opportunity for athletes who still have the fire to compete on the international stage and represent Team USA with
pride. We believe that age is not a limit—it’s an advantage. Masters athletes bring a unique combination of skill, experience, and passion that inspires future generations of players while raising the visibility of inline hockey across the globe. Through organized programs, sponsorship support, and world-class competition, the Foundation ensures that these athletes have a platform to compete, connect, and continue writing their legacy in the sport.
Beyond competition, we’re committed to fostering a strong community. The Foundation works to secure funding, develop pathways for players and coaches, and create an environment where the culture of roller hockey can thrive at every level. By strengthening our foundation today, we’re ensuring that Team USA remains a force in international inline hockey for years to come.

APPLICATION
Team selections are made by the USA Masters Inline Foundation Board, which serves as the official selection committee. Players are voted onto the team based on a balanced evaluation of:
- Past Team USA Experience
- Community Involvement
- Commitment to the Program
- Talent and Performance Overall
Our goal is to assemble teams that represent not only the highest level of play, but also the character and camaraderie that define Team USA.
